Shipping & Returns

All lead times shown throughout the website are estimates through third party shipping companies. Natural Asthetik is not responsible for any delays.

As most of our products are made by hand or bespoke, returns are possible in the result of damaged, or defective merchandise only. All other returns will be handled on a case by case basis.

If this applies to you, please contact support@naturalasthetik.com to request a return authorization. All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, inclusive of all original packaging.

Any damaged or broken items must be reported to Natural Asthetik upon receipt.  

All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. 

Due to many of our items being handmade or made from natural elements, we are unable to offer returns for inconsistencies in grain, patterns, or color variations. These variations are natural characteristics to the materials that make each piece unique.

International Shipping

Most of our products ship for free to most countries. However, there are a few countries that we can only ship to at an additional cost. Please reach out to us at if you would like to know if we ship to your country specifically or  if you would like to understand the costs ahead of time, prior to purchase via support@naturalasthetik.com

Shipping rates include insurance unless otherwise specified. Customs duties are not included.

​Any customs charges or import duty on international orders are the buyers responsibility. These fees are not included or covered by Natural Asthetik. Please contact your local customs office for more information on these charges.

Made-to-order return policy

Larger items such as furniture items will be shipped via Freight. Freight charges may vary depending on the size of the item and location in which the item is being shipped. 

For these items you will be contacted by our team after the order has been placed to confirm time of delivery as well as all associated shipping fees. Should you wish to confirm shipping costs in advance, please email support@naturalasthetik.com.

All shipments and deliveries are done via third party carriers. Natural Asthetik cannot be held liable for any damages once the product has left its respective warehouse. We kindly ask that you please thoroughly inspect items as soon as they are received. Please report any damage to the delivery driver immediately and please make sure to have him make note of the damage prior to signing off on the bill of lading.

 

Failure to do so may result in the inability to receive a refund. If your order arrives in such a condition, please contact Natural Asthetik immediately, so we can handle the claim appropriately. Natural Asthetik will accept responsibility for defective or damaged products if determined to be a manufacturing or quality issue.
